At Tender Touch, I value your time — as well as mine — and strive to be ready for your appointment at the scheduled time. To ensure a unique and outstanding experience for all clients, the following policies are in place:

Cancellation Policy and Fees

Your appointment time is reserved exclusively for you. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please notify me at least 24 hours in advance.

• Cancellations with less than 24 hours notice: 50% of the service fee will be charged.

• No-shows: Full service fee will be charged.

Late Arrivals

Treatment sessions have a set schedule. Late arrivals may not receive an extension of the scheduled appointment. In special cases, and when my schedule allows, a partial or full session may be accommodated at my discretion — with the original reservation fee still applied.

Pregnancy & Medical Conditions

Please share any relevant medical information when booking, as certain treatments may not be recommended.

• Pregnancy: Massage services are provided only after the first trimester (12 weeks).
