It is advantageous to schedule massages along with having a doula.  This gets you accustomed to having massage while pregnant.  When you are used to havng massage while pregnant you will be able to relax further during labor.

This service incorporates a hone hour Pregnancy massage, a belly scrub, and complete moisturizing for the expecting mother.  The skin care line is formulated to aid in elasticity to help prevent stretch marks.
